The Food: Bluefin Tuna Sashimi and Other Authentic Taiwanese Food

There is only a party of four, 2 adults, 1 kid and 1 senior. But the menu is too attractive so to start off, we ordered nine dishes – bluefin tuna sashimi, prawn rolls and drunken chicken as appetizers; stir-fried oyster and stir-fried clams with basil and cabbage as main courses; and a steamboat king grouper as a soup. As our staple dish, we had fried rice.  All of these dishes were amazing – the seafood was incredibly fresh, the flavors were well balanced, and everything was cooked just right.

As for the bluefin tuna sashimi, every slice is carefully cut and crafted with precision. By selecting only the freshest fish, they’ve managed to bring out its full flavor like never before – allowing diners to enjoy its delectable taste without breaking the bank! Besides being unbelievably tasty, it’s also a great value for money as you are truly indulging without overspending.
